Returns & Refunds

Cussso does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any items offered from our store except quality issues.

Each of the CU$$$O collector’s bins is a work of industrial art because of its handcrafted nature. The product may have slight imperfections at the seams, which is a normal phenomenon if the width of the seam is less than 0.19 inches (5mm), and we call it “part of the industrial art.” Due to limited available quantities, we can only offer exchanges for products that are imperfect upon receipt or if the width of the seam is more than 0.19 inches (5mm).

At this time, Cussso can only accept returns purchased through our website. All purchases made through a Cussso retailer or a Cussso retail store should be returned to their original place of purchase.

If the item you received is defective, damaged or wrong order, please keep your item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your imperfect product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your product exchange request has been accepted or declined. All exchange products must be unused, in their original condition, with any tags or labels attached.

To start a return, you can contact us at order@cussso.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Shipping Fees 
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
